100% Mosacatel of Alexandria. Vines tilled and harvested by hand in boxes of 11 kilos. During vinification, the grapes are macerated with their skins at a controlled temperature, then pressed and left to settle in clay amphorae with their lees for a year.

Tasting notes
Lovely citrus notes of grapefruit and toasted orange peel, very floral with hints of jasmine. Nice aromas of aniseed and mediterranean herbs. A voluminous vintage with freshness and breadth.
Pairing
Very fresh in the mouth, with good acidity and tannins from the skins, it can be combined with desserts and pre-desserts, as well as cheese or blue fish dishes.
